Destinator - Berlin only?

All going well so far, but one small snag. Cant seem to get the Destiantor software to see anything other than what appears to be Berlin. Is there a config to run for destinator?

It is not good enough to set the correct serial channel and bitrate in CF the same 'changes' must also be done in the HW driver section of W7, somehow CF3.1 does not make these settings in the OS. fooled me and got me stuck in Vienna ;-). SO even having the right port in CF3.1 and bitrate, the gps data is not received.
